At DataFacilitator.nl, we strive to deliver high-quality, GDPR-compliant datasets that are fully tailored to your requirements. Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

Once a dataset has been delivered and accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our data and to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.

✅ Our Guarantee

Although we do not offer refunds, we do guarantee a minimum quality standard for all delivered datasets.
If you believe that the received data does not meet the agreed specifications or contains material defects, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

After reviewing your case, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • A one-time replacement of the dataset

  • A correction of the delivered data

Any resolution is provided solely at the discretion of DataFacilitator.nl and will be assessed based on the evidence you provide.

We take every measure to ensure that our data is:

  • Current and accurate at the time of delivery

  • Legally compliant and safe for outreach activities

However, due to factors beyond our control (such as changes in reachability or third-party data sources), we cannot guarantee results, response rates, or 100% deliverability for every lead.

Step 2

Commitment & Validation


A €100 commitment fee is required to start the data mining session.

This covers market validation, setup, and execution, and confirms a serious project.

Step 3

Data mining & verification


We perform the data mining based on real market availability.
Once completed, the results are presented through a clear screen recording, showing the exact outcome before delivery.

Step 4

Final confirmation & delivery

After reviewing the screen recording, the remaining balance is settled. The full dataset is then delivered.
Pricing is €0,20 per delivered lead, with a minimum total order value of €500.
