Terms of service
The short version: use the platform and the data it finds lawfully, credits are final once purchased, and we do our best to keep results accurate but can't guarantee every contact stays reachable forever.
Who you are contracting with
DataFacilitator is a trading name of Master Facilitator BV, a company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 78023106 and VAT number NL861236038B01. These terms form an agreement between you and Master Facilitator BV, and "we", "us" and "our" below refer to that company.
What DataFacilitator is
DataFacilitator is a self-service platform that searches for businesses by industry and location, enriches each result by visiting the business's own website, removes duplicates, and delivers the results as a downloadable CSV/XLSX. You buy credits and spend them as searches run — see our pricing and refund policy for how that works.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Credits and payment
Credits are purchased via Stripe and charged live as each business is found. All purchases are final — see our refund policy for the one automatic exception (results with no phone, email, or website). Prices and volume discounts may change; changes don't affect credits you've already purchased.
Acceptable use
You agree to use DataFacilitator, and the data it produces, lawfully — including complying with anti-spam and data protection laws (like GDPR/AVG) in how you contact the businesses in your results. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, or resell access to the platform itself (reselling or using the data you've purchased for your own outreach is exactly what it's for).
Data accuracy
We collect and enrich data as accurately as we can at the time of your search, but we can't guarantee every result is current or reachable — businesses close, move, or change contact details. As with any B2B data source, a small percentage of contacts may be outdated or unreachable by the time you use them. We're responsible for delivering accurate data as found at the time of the search, not for reachability outcomes afterward.
No warranty, limitation of liability
DataFacilitator is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the data it produces, including business decisions made based on that data.
Termination
You can stop using DataFacilitator at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the platform or fraudulent payment activity. Termination doesn't entitle you to a refund of unused credits, consistent with our refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use DataFacilitator after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
