We started DataFacilitator in 2025 because buying B2B data was needlessly opaque — quotes on request, minimum orders, and no way to judge quality until after you'd committed. We built the version we wanted to buy from.

How we decided to work
The price is on the page
No demos, no discovery calls, no “contact us for a quote.” You can see exactly what a search costs before you make an account, and nobody will ever ring you about it.
You pay per business, not per search
Credits are charged as each business is found, so a search that turns up forty results costs forty results — not a flat fee gambled up front on what it might return.
Start small on purpose
We'd rather you spend €5, run a real search, and judge the data yourself than sign anything. Volume discounts are still there when you scale up, so waiting until you're convinced costs you nothing.
No subscription to forget about
Credits sit on your account until you use them. There's no monthly fee ticking away in the background and nothing to cancel.
Where the data comes from
Everything a search returns is information a business has already published about itself — its name, address, phone number, and whatever contact details sit on its own website. It's publicly available business information, not personal data about private individuals.
We're based in the Netherlands, so we operate under EU rules, and we treat that distinction as the line it is. We don't buy lists from third parties, and we don't collect anything a business hasn't chosen to put in public.
The full detail — what we store about your own account, who processes it, and how long anything is kept — is in our privacy policy. Result files are deleted automatically 7 days after a search finishes.
What you're actually paying for
Credits, charged as each business is found. No subscription, no minimum order, and the rate is the same whether you buy €5 or €5,000 worth — larger purchases just come with a bonus on top.
Being straight with you about the part people don't like: credit purchases are final.Unused credits stay on your account to spend whenever you want, but they can't be converted back to cash. The one automatic exception is a result that arrives with no phone number, email, or website at all — those credits return to your balance on their own, because a bare business name was never a usable lead.

How we keep results usable
- Every business found gets its own website visited, to pull a real email address, phone number, and social links rather than trusting a directory listing.
- Duplicate listings for the same business are detected and removed, including where the same phone number appears in different columns.
- Results that arrive with no contact details at all — just a name — have their credits returned to your balance automatically.
- Optionally, our AI checks each result against what you actually searched for and keeps obvious mismatches out of your filtered download.
